Beautiful room and staff is always pleasant and welcoming.
The location is stunning and incredible, it's just next door to the boardwalk casino as well as a Conference Center. Also, the hotel is located 2 miles away from Cape Recife.

The hotel had a very central setting alone in the bush next to the ocean. Further, it was so close to the boardwalk casino and other hot spots in Summerstrand and main beach arealots of fun for the kids rides with the donkey cartfriendly services and the centre of the mattress

I think the place is beautiful.
The hotel is clean, has views over the sea. It has helpful, extremely friendly staff. The location is lovely in a really beautiful area, near to the park, restaurants, and other attractions like the boardwalk casino and other hot spots in Summerstrand. Also, it's 5 minutes by car from Sacremento Cannon.

Altogether it was value for money though. I loved this old-fashioned hotel and stayed for 3 nights here. The staff was efficient and helpful from my arrival up until I left. The property was in an excellent location near to a nature reserve, and the centre of Port Elizabeth. It also was in a perfect area. A wide array of food for breakfast, everything was outstanding.
The hotel needed an upgrade.

The location was nice and ideal for exploring this very very nice area, really close to the sea side, main beach arealots of fun for the kids rides with the donkey cartfriendly services, and the rocky shoreline.

I had an amazing stay at Pine Lodge Resort. The location was fantastic, and I loved the vibrant atmosphere at the restaurant, Ziggy's. The food there was delicious and I truly enjoyed the overall experience.
The management was quick to rectify the situation and accommodate me. The staff members, especially Keri, were incredibly professional and helpful, going above and beyond to meet my requirements.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The value for money was excellent, with reasonable prices for the facilities they offered. The location was very nice, just a five-minute walk to the beach. I also appreciated the attention to detail, with the cleaner coming in to tidy up and provide clean towels. The surrounding patio was a nice spot to relax.
The only minor issue was that the rooms were located far away from the sea, but this didn't bother me too much as the location was still nice.

A safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a microwave oven in the room, great and unbeatable location. Extra care from the pleasant and welcoming staff.
